User Agreement & Service Terms

1. Service Description

We provide AI image generation SaaS service. Users can purchase Basic, Pro, or Max subscription plans (monthly or annual billing) to get AI image credits and premium generation features.

2. Auto-debit Recurring Payment Terms

Users actively authorize auto-debit recurring payment when subscribing. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Users can cancel auto-renewal at any time. We will clearly remind users before each recurring charge. We will never enable auto-debit without user explicit consent.

3. Payment Policy

All subscriptions are pre-paid service. Users pay first then enjoy AI service.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel subscription auto-renewal at any time on website. After cancellation, auto-debit will be disabled immediately, no future charges will be made.

5. Refund Policy

We provide reasonable refund for unused subscription credits according to official terms. We will compensate users for unauthorized account takeover & unauthorized transaction issues caused by platform security loopholes.
